Perfectionist yet unstructured.
Reflecting deeper…
both mask fear, alibi for inaction
Silent words of self-doubt.
Point fingers to justify…
a lazy distraction, sows discord
I really appreciate the words and the picture. Also, just to tell how it hit me, the beginning ‘perfectionist yet unstructured’- seems like both those labels are certainly reasons as to why a person may create or justify difficulties in their lives. Not sure if that was the message you meant to convey, but to put your hands in the mix of your own identity and stir it up is pretty cool. Thanks!
You are welcome. Looking deeper into perfectionism was my fear of failing. Being rebellious against creating structure for myself, I think comes from self-doubt that I can stick with it. Labeling it as failure if I don’t follow through. Focusing on what went wrong instead of what went right. So I’d just try to opt out in an all or nothing fashion. Plus I think there might be an addiction to overwhelm. Restart… I embrace structure 😛
I love y our posts, so creative and poetic. Thank you for sharing your gifts.

Ever so gently I’m discovering the same… it’s all about me and I can be what I will to be and much more than I think I can. Thank you.
